A roof eave infill strip manufactured with a metal stand alone frame & features a rubber seal behind the "fixed" metal frame. A “slide” version also available that is designed to counter roof sheeting creep if it exists. These eave infills are patent pending & wholly made in Australia by Gardiner Australia.
The product
Designed to seal the roof space from ingress of water, dust, wind & it will not absorb ambient moisture that would cause the roof to rust. It also features a solid barrier that will not be compromised by rodent, bird or insect attack.

Used under roof eaves, under roof capping & under hip & valley roof sheeting.
Australian standards
Eave filler frame conforms to AS 1530.1 & AS 3959 non flammable requirements . The SE 444 rubber seal located behind the frame conforms to AS 1530.2 & AS 1530.3.
When to use
Use on all roofs of structures in a BAL-FZ, BAL-40, BAL-29 & BAL-19 areas or on structures in an area subject to mouse or rodent plagues. When using this product, it must be remembered the eave infill itself is only part of what must be a totally compliant system for the structure’s nominated BAL zone.
