Cosplay grade foam range

A specially  formulated foam for use in cosplay creations as well as general craft applications. The foam is designed to be strong & light but still firm. We achieved this by using a particular grade of the PE polymer then combined it with a stronger EVA polymer, not normally used in foam. This unique product is exclusive to Gardiner Australia

All our foam product is made in our Melbourne factory

 Working with our Cosplay  foam

This grade of foam is extremely easy to form into shapes via a heat gun. After heating, allow the foam to cool whilst in the desired shape & it will remain in that shape. The foam is also easy to cut, sand & when using a contact adhesive, glued.

If the thickness of sheet you require is not listed here please contact us as we can cut any thickness required from 2mm  all the way up to 100mm for Cosplay 30, 80mm thick for Cosplay 45 & up to 50mm thick for Cosplay 65.

Painting Cosplay foam

We are able to offer a specific primer designed for use on our Coplay grades of foam. It will seal the foam, fill in any rough areas created when sculpting the foam, and is flexible so stops creasing or cracking once applied .  Once the EVA & PE primer is dry the foam can be painted. The 500ml bucket coverage is 3.5 mtr2
