Seals gaps under flashings or around windows where they meet cladding. They can be fitted on the vertical or under an overhanging surface (either the fascia or around a window frame) because of the self adhesive backing.
Can be used to fill any gaps behind barge boards at the edges of tiled or metal roofs
Can be used to seal the bottom of metal cladding where it sits on a concrete slab, or under roof domes, roof skylights or any vents.
Can be used as a channel foam to protect against embers piling up on top of an awning in the small space under the eaves.
Can be used as a fire resistant seal which accommodates expansion & contraction due to temperature variations or movement or to seal any gap.
