Bal-29 eave infill strips

General Description

The new version of our BAL-29 roof eave infill strip is manufactured to include a metal stand alone frame & features the rubber seal behind the frame. These eave infills are wholly made in Australia by Gardiner Australia.

The product

Designed to seal the roof space from ingress of water, dust, wind & it will not absorb ambient moisture that would cause the roof to rust. Its new feature of solid barrier will not be compromised by rodent, bird or insect attack.

Typical uses

Used under roof eaves, under roof capping & under hip & valley roof sheeting.

 Australian standards

New BAL-29 eave filler frame conforms to AS 1530.1 & AS 3959 non flammable requirements. The SE 444 rubber seal located behind the frame conforms to AS 1530.2  & AS 1530.3.

  When to use

Use on all roofs of structures in a BAL-29 areas or on structures in an area subject to mouse or rodent plagues. There is little point installing a fire rated product if it can be destroyed by rodents or birds in the years before a fire event occurs. This new improved BAL-29 gives you peace of mind for the life of the roof.
